Social dancing every night, seven nights in a row, from Monday to Sunday in our wonderful Ballroom with an adjacent fully equipped bar to meet all your drinking needs.

Saturday Gala

Dress up for the Black Tie Gala Dinner and Balboa Performances on Saturday night.

Evening Classes

We are lucky to have some great dancers joining our camp who will be offering evening classes:
Blues dancing adepts Chris Härm and Philippa Svensson as well as Balboa artists Rudolf Wolfsgruber and Tiphaine Paillard.

Music

Musical instrument virtuoso and Shellack record collector Mosquito Hopkins will act as DJ-coordinator for a fleet of the finest Balboa turntablelists.
If you are attending the Balboa Castle Camp and happen to like to play swing music, we cordially invite you to bring your instrument. Mosquito will be arranging a little swing jam band.

Take full advantage of the almost completely class-free-Friday by bluesdancing the night away in our Thursday Blues Lounge.

Competitions

Become the Balboa Castle Champ in our Jack'n'Jill contest - the finals are judged by the audience.

Steampunk Night - Friday

Allright folks, time to lubricate your mechanical implants and brush that post apocalyptic dust off your jacket. Adjust the pistons of your augmented reality devices and imagine just having stepped out of Metropolis into the fictional Balboa Castle Camp of the year 2093, ready to establish some analog linkages with the other surviving steampunk dancers.
